Lambert Engineering Ltd. is founded by Chris Lambert & Peter Wainman to provide design & engineering services to local manufacturing industries.

Public listing of Molins shares on London Stock Exchange

Molins acquires H. J Langen Inc. (Mississauga Canada) and Langenpac

Cleveland, US

Switchback Group, a manufacturer of packaging equipment is founded in Richfield, Ohio and quickly makes its first sale.

Langenpac NL and Langen CAN are consolidated – branded as Langen Packaging Group

2008

Yorkshire, UK

Lambert introduces the Module Technology with the vision of reducing risk, cost and lead time of their equipment.

2010

APAC, Asia

Langen establishes sales & service offices in Singapore, Bangkok, Shanghai and Curitiba to support the APAC region

2014

Coesia, Global

Following shareholder approval; Molins plc sells its instrumentation and tobacco machinery business to G.D.S.p.A, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coesia S.p.A

2017

Rebrand, Global

As part of the sale; Molins plc sells the Molins name, renaming the group – Mpac Group plc.
The ‘M’ representing a nod to our past and the group’s rich heritage, while ‘pac’ is a reference to our role as a world leading end-to-end packaging machinery provider

2018

Tadcaster, UK

Mpac Group acquires Lambert Engineering, rebranding it Mpac Lambert

2019

Cleveland, US

Mpac Group acquires Switchback Group, rebranding it Mpac Switchback

2020

Mpac Group, Global

Mpac Group aligns brands under One Mpac. Each brands’ heritage continued as they represent a product line under Mpac Group.
Mpac website reintroduced to provide information on Group wide products and services.

2022

Newburyport, US Netherlands/ Romania

Mpac Group acquires Boston Conveyor & Automation (BCA) in Newburyport, MA and CSi Palletising in amsdonksveer, Netherlands and Cluj, Romania as well as SIGA Vision, a leading designer of automated visual inspection solutions.
